TEMPLE TUESDAY (10-10-17)




What a wonderful week it has been!! To start off, this morning me and Elder Simonsen went to the temple this morning! The Seattle temple is amazing. I'm so grateful to have a temple nearby so that i can feel the wonderful spirit that is there! 

The weather has been quite nice here, cool yet sunny, but everyone keeps telling me that the rain is coming and that when it does it ain't gonna stop. This last week I got to go on splits/exchanges again! This time i stayed in the area and was "in charge" It was a great learning experience and a lot of cool things happened!



We picked up 2 new investigators this week! Its a mom and her son and they are just searching for a good religion. I think we can help with that lol They are just so awesome and so prepared. So far they have really liked the things that we have taught them. And i quote "it feels right" darn straight it does!!! LOL For real though, I am so excited to see them progress in this church. I can feel it :)



Story time: Monday me and elder Simonsen are doing some service. A family in the ward is rebuilding their roof, so we were helping clean up and stuff. One thing leads to another and Elder Simonsen steps on a nail...thought i was gonna pass out. His sock was drenched in blood. It makes me queezy just thinking about it. Elder Simonsen is tough though. He cleaned up the wound and we got back to work! 

The missionary life is a good life. Have a great week everybody!! I love you all!!

HELLO EVERYBODY!!!! Its my first p-day and im nearly done with my first week here at the mtc! and i LOVE IT. The new building is amazing. The murals are sooo beautiful and cool! IM so grateful that i have my classes in the new building. Its pretty nice here because we basically have our schedules planned out for us. Its about 50/50 here when it comes to food. Sometimes you get somethin good and sometimes you dont. The chocolate milk and maple bars are the BOMB. Ive decided to stop eating desserts and drinking chocolate milk because i dont plan on sending pictures of me looking fat. Misisonary Kort = healthy Kort. Speaking of being healthy...I LOVE MTC BALL. the no dunking rule really kinda kills my vibe though. I dont have an opportunity to show off my hops heheh But for real exercise time is so nice. takes away the awesome stress of the mtc and makes me feel at home. Miracles Yo (10-2-17)

HELLO MY FRIENDS! What a wonderful Conference weekend it has been! It was so flipping amazing. I've never gotten sooo much out of General conference before! Maybe it's because i didnt fall alseep lol So many great talks it's hard to choose a favorite. One that hit me really hard was President Nelson's talk. He asked the question "How precious is The Book of Mormon to you?" It was like a round house kick to the face. I need to strengthen my testimony on The Book of Mormon!!!!!!! I went on my first exchange this last week! Me and Elder Goodfellow (he is a very good fellow btw) had a blast. I was able to explore a new area, meet new people and LEARN. While on exchange we did some service at this assisted living home. Me and Elder Goodfellow helped about 10 old ladies "exercise" hehe we sat in chairs in a big circle and tossed a big balloon around LOL it was so much fun! Mac N Cheese (10-16-17)

Helloooooo!!! This whole week has been a blur. But so many cool things happened!! I went on splits again! This time with Elder Dalley. We were in the mtc together and are both newbies but we killed it! We talked with some crazy people but what's new? lol This email will be short and sweet. Hearing about weber gets me so hyped!! I wish they were that good when i was there lol crossing my fingers that they are still good 2 years from now hehe maybe byu is doing bad because they've started selling caffeinated drinks?? lolol I could be eating a little better. If it werent for biking i would probably have gained 10 pounds already... but that jump rope is awesome!!! I have a perfect spot to jump rope. Our apartment has a little patio that i go and jump on. :) our apartment also has a little work out room. Its got some treadmills, dumb bells, and a bow flex type machine.
